Find a comfortable place to sit or lie, where you will be fully supported and able to relax. Ensure that you will be undisturbed for the full hour. Wearing an eye covering to block out light can enhance the journey. You will be still for an hour so ensure that you have enough blankets to stay warm and cosy.
