This unique workshop is for anyone who wants to bring a little bit more creativity into their life. Whether you are brand new to practicing yoga or making art (or both!) the Find Your Creative Flow Workshop will help you to start your journey or let your creative ideas grow.
Sometimes the most daunting thing about creativity is the 'blank canvas' or an empty yoga mat. We will overcome this both on and off the mat through a free-movement yoga flow and intuitive and mindful drawing practices.
This will be a safe space for you to explore different mark making and ways of moving and hopefully the tools for a continuing creative practice. All materials provided!
Please wear comfy clothes for the yoga flow. No need to bring any art materials, but if there is anything you are interested in working with, please bring things along, or let me know and I'll see what I can do!
