Come and join us for a lovely afternoon of pampering. We’ll begin with a nurturing yoga session to calm and relax the body and mind, then Sally will talk to us about the Tropic skin care range and lead us through a lovely pamper session.
Hot drinks and home made cakes will be provided.
Please bring a yoga mat, blanket and small cushion.
