A 45 minute gentle, soothing yoga session on the beach followed by 30 minutes in a sauna with stunning views across Kenmare Bay.
Calm your mind and ease out your body by connecting with your breath - surrounded by the best natural surroundings South Kerry has to offer.
All are welcome and no yoga experience is necessary.
Please note: Any unsold spaces in the sauna are released for general sale the day before. If Yoga & Sauna is sold out, please check Kingdom Sauna directly for available sauna spaces.
** Unfortunately we have no covered space if it rains. When only showers are forecast, class will go ahead as things are so changeable here. But do wear a waterproof jacket! It’s beautifully peaceful and atmostpheric on the cloudy days. When heavy rain is forecast, I will cancel and offer either a refund or reschedule.
Bring your own yoga mat or a large towel for the yoga class if you can. I have a couple of spare mats. Please reply to your booking confirmation email to request one.
In the event we have some soft Kerry rain, we will still go ahead. It'll be fabulous I promise ;) So do bring suitable clothing to keep you warm & protected.
You'll need to wear swimmers for the sauna and bring a towel to sit on. There's no changing facilities but there are small public toilets near the carpark.
Please note refunds are not possible unless cancellation is made 48 hours before the session starts (a small administration fee applies).
