Join me for an immersion in transformational breathwork and Kundalini Global Yoga in the stunning candlelit setting of The Mount Without where we’ll be accessing alerted states of being. Now on regular (not every) Wednesdays - see dates below.
Through a dynamic practice of breath and posture we’ll activate the energic body, finding deep presence, expansion, and bliss. Breath is a powerful tool we can harness to regulate the nervous system, release stress and tension, and enter a deep state of calm. Some breaths will be energetic, some incredibly soft and gentle, both can allow us to experience complete stillness.
These classes are music led, and end with a Crystal bowl sound bath to bring us into a deeper state of relaxation. The venue is a beautiful 900 yr old church, you can really feel the magic.
I aim to create a safe and welcoming space. No experience necessary. Not suitable during pregnancy.
