IMPORTANT LULLABY LOUNGE BOOKING INFO
Your General Play Session will include 1.5 hour @ Lullaby Lounge - after your session the Lullaby Lounge closes to reset and clean. The play space, including the Sensory Room, will be available for you to use. Please note that the Lullaby Lounge is for pre-school ages children (0-4) only.
🎟️ Unfortunately, if you are unable to attend your session or miss it, tickets are non-transferable and we are unable to issue a refund. You can gift your space to a friend - please let us know their name beforehand. Please note clicking cancel does not issue a refund. We apologise for any inconvenience.
🅿️ Parking will be available in the main car park on the left of the building
🚫 There will be space for you to leave your buggies in the Lullaby Lounge, but there is plenty of space out the front of the building.
👟There will also be no shoes in the play space (a place for them will be provided).
☕️ Cold and hot drinks will be available for you to purchase onsite. Please note no hot drinks or food can be taken into the main place space, only in the seated area. We also request no nuts to be brought onsite.

General Admission
This ticket admits entry for 1 child (preschool age 0-4) and 1 adult (+booking fee). A General Admission ticket is the primary option and covers entry for one adult and one child. If you’re booking for a friend or group under the same reservation, please ensure each pair (adult and child) is booked with a separate General Admission ticket. Additional Adult and Additional Child tickets are only for use alongside an existing General Admission ticket within the same group. Thank you
