Join us for a heart-opening and deeply nurturing afternoon in honour of the Autumn Equinox – a time to pause, reflect, and restore balance.

We’ll begin with a ceremonial cacao ritual to gently awaken the senses and open the heart space.
 Soft chanting, gentle yoga, and calming pranayama (breath work) will then prepare the mind and body for deep relaxation.

You’ll be immersed in a truly unique sound healing journey with Joanne – going far beyond the usual “sound bath.” Alongside crystal bowls, you’ll be enveloped in the textures of rainsticks, shimmering bells, the grounding beat of the shamanic drum, and other rare, beautiful instruments that create a layered soundscape for deep rest, balance, and renewal.

Cancellation Policy
I understand that plans change and you may need to cancel a yoga class. This is no problem at all, but due to limited spaces please provide at least 24 hours notice if you are unable to attend to enable me to open up the space for another student. Your payment will then be carried over to a future booking of your choice. Any cancellations with less than 24 hours notice become non-refundable and non-transferrable.
