Part One (Seated): Use your hands to tap, massage, and awaken your body’s natural rhythm, bringing calm and clarity.
Part Two (Movement): Shake, bounce, and dance freely to energizing music. There are no steps to follow—just move in a way that feels good to you.
Whether you’re swaying gently or dancing with full expression, you’ll leave feeling confident, grounded, and uplifted.
✨ Perfect for all ages and abilities—including children! MIM supports emotional regulation, nervous system reset, and physical well-being in a fun, inclusive environment.
This class is completely free because everyone deserves to experience the healing power of music and movement.
Please wear comfortable clothing suitable for the weather too.
Bring a yoga mat/similar to sit on for the first half of the class.
