A gentle, deeply relaxing energy healing treatment designed to support emotional balance, relaxation and overall wellbeing.
During the 45 minute session, you will remain fully clothed and comfortable lying on a bed. This non-evasive energy work is performed hands-on or just above the body. The treatment provides a peaceful space to slow down, release tension and reconnect.
Reiki may help promote a sense of calm, relaxation and inner balance. Every session is unique, you may experience sensations of warmth, tingling, lightness, feeling of waves, see colours and usually a deep sense of relaxation - like dream state.
It's a complimentary therapy and not a substitute for medical diagnosis or treatment.
Wear comfortable clothes and warm socks.
You will have a short consultation on arriving. You will complete your consent and treatment will commence in a private treatment room.
Ensure you have eaten but not within 1.5 hours of your appointment.
Water will be provided at the end of your treatment.
