Join us for a deeply restorative Sound Bath at The Homestead, a tranquil evening designed to support relaxation, nervous system regulation, and inner balance.
During this session, you will be guided into a state of rest through the soothing sounds and vibrations of crystal singing bowls, chimes, and other therapeutic instruments. These frequencies work gently with the body to release tension, calm the mind, and promote a meditative, healing state.
This is a space to simply lie down, be held, and receive.
