A monthly Friday evening sound + slow yoga series — a regular place for you to settle at the end of the week.
This is for anyone whose nervous system has had quite enough, thanks.
It’s Friday. You’re tired, overwhelmed, overstimulated, or all three. This is an hour to land, unwind, and settle yourself down.
Led by Morag — a 450-hour yoga teacher with 10 years’ nursing experience — and Ellie — a neuro-inclusive holistic therapist and sound practitioner.
We know settling isn’t always straightforward. Brains are busy, bodies are restless, and the world is, well… absolutely bonkers. So we’ll offer practical ways to downshift: long-held supported shapes, options for movement, simple breathwork, visualisation, and sound using bowls, chimes, and tuning forks to help support your nervous system towards a place of safety.
You don’t need to be “good” at resting. You don’t need to be flexible. No previous yoga or sound experience required. Just a desire to come and have a Friday night, end-of-week rest with us.
EXPECT:
- option to begin the class standing with some movement
- a slow, grounding yoga practice
- supported long held yoga shapes using props
- clear instructions and plenty of options
- soothing sound woven throughout the session
- one whole hour where nothing is required of you

Instrukciók
Classes are trauma-informed, accessible, gender-inclusive and trans-friendly
You’ll need to be able to get down to the floor, with or without support/props for the practice
Mats, bolsters, blocks and blankets are provided to make things as comfortable as possible
Full contraindications, accessibility and information will be sent upon booking though if you have noise-induced epilepsy, are in your first or third trimester or have a pacemaker, this event is not suitable.
