In this class we'll focus on balance. We'll explore how we relate to our sense of balance in different scenarios, and explore ways of deepening our awareness of that sense through solo investigation, fun collaborative games and exercises.
Justin came to CI from a background in Japanese and Chinese martial arts, and the flowing bodywork and moving meditation practice of Thai massage. These influences rest as both Yin and Yang between which an inner need became clear: a desire for a deeper and freer physical expression, unconstrained by anything other than the form of my own body and its relational potential, to the earth and to others. CI has been and continues to be my invitation to this expression, this uncovering of the potential of the unconstrained form.
