This week we will explore different ways that we can roll on the floor, to the floor, up from the floor, both solo and with others. This will be a fun and playful exploration of being upside down, and a study in developing a sensitivity to the flow of momentum
This class is always open to movers of all backgrounds and also those to whom a movement practice is new.
