We are thrilled to announce that CAPA Dance is back! We're excited to welcome both returning dancers and new faces to join us for another fantastic year of creativity and movement.
CAPA stands for Creative Arts Primary Academy, a unique opportunity where students from our feeder primary schools are invited to attend weekly dance lessons at Penryn College.
CAPA Dance has been running for nearly 10 years, and over that time, we've seen many talented dancers grow from Year 3 all the way to professional training at dance schools around the UK. It's a wonderful way for young people to experience life at Penryn College before considering joining us in Year 7. It also gives your child the chance to meet other pupils who have a passion for dance, and to work with our inspiring dance teachers from Cornwall Dance School.
Please can you bring your child to the main reception at Penryn College. The dance instructors will greet and register from there. Please then collect from the same place, children cannot be dismissed without the appropriate adult being present.
Please wear appropriate clothes for dancing and a water bottle.
