Expect a physical Yoga practice (all abilities), Pranayama, Spring Rituals, a beautiful Sound Healing Gong Bath, finished off with seasonal refreshments & snacks.
• Dress comfortably
• Bring some water with you
• Wear layers that you can remove & put back on inc socks
• You'll need a mat, pillow, blanket & something to place over your eyes.
