This half day yoga and sound retreat is first one of 2026 and I can't wait to welcome you.
New Year is here, and I know that it can get quite overwhelming and therefore it may be just time to reconnect and reset your mind and body.
It will be a wonderful half day, setting intentions for the year ahead and reconnect with yourself. You will slow down, restore and reconnect with your body and mind. This is a small intimate morning for just 10 yogis.
9.30am Arrival - Welcome on arrival, healthy treat, pick your oracle card (if you wish)
10am (75 minutes) - Morning Yoga Practice - Vinyasa Yoga (beginner friendly)
11.25am (60 minutes) - Yoga Nidra & Crystal Bowl Sound Healing and Drumming
12.30am (30 minutes) - Hot Drink (herbal tea) and cake to be served after the session to reflect on the morning.
I can't wait to share this morning with you. Please ensure that you fill in the medical questionnaire attached on this booking to ensure that the practice is delivered in the safest possible way for you.

Please bring your own mats, towels and water bottles, any props which you may find useful for your practice. Also, bring yourself a blanket to keep yourself warm at your meditation practice.
Cancellation Policy
In the event of cancellation: 60 days or more prior to retreat: your entire payment will be refunded.
59-45 days prior to retreat: 50% of the retreat price paid will be refunded.
44 days and less prior to the retreat: Payments are non-refundable.
If the retreat is cancelled by Nourish by V, you will receive a full refund.
