I created this retreat because I know, firsthand, the healing power of stepping away from everyday life and returning home to yourself. I’ve been on retreats that genuinely changed me — where I finally had time to be quiet, to feel again, to reset. And that’s what this retreat is about. This is not just a holiday — it’s a deep exhale.
We spend so much of our time caring for others — our families, our friends, our work, and so much more. But when was the last time you truly took a moment for yourself, without feeling guilty or distracted by everyone else’s needs?
I’ve been on retreats before, and I know just how healing they can be. For me, they’ve been transformative. A chance to step away, breathe deeply, and truly reset. To focus on what I need and reconnect with myself.

I’m teaming up with my wonderful friend Chico (yes, that Chico — from X Factor, now founder of HU Breathe and a gifted breathwork guide), and we’re bringing you a unique week of:
