On this course, we will …
Explain the essential exercises so you understand what the instructor means when they say thinks like ‘pelvic placement’ and ‘imprint your spine’

Show you how to perform these exercises correctly and safely so you feel confident you’re doing it right.

Show you really effective exercises that will have you moving more freely, not feeling as stiff and achy and more aware of how your body should be moving.
