Join Special Guest Charlie and I for an evening to welcome the Winter Solstice.
The shortest day of the year marks a rebirth of the Sun signifying the completion of another life cycle before the emergence of spring.
We will being with a meditation to help bring reflection and rest for the winter but also finding renewed energy and light preparing for Spring.
After some gentle movement and yin, accompanied by live sound from Charlie we will move into a gong bath where you can listen and enjoy
