Autumn is here and the land is beginning to pause and let-go of summer fullness. Now at the Autumn Equinox/ Mabon the hours of light and darkness are in balance and the Earth begins her tilt towards the darkness! It is a lovely time of year to appreciate the fruits of our harvest, both literally and metaphorically, to reflect on the dreams we planted at the start of the year and how we have grown. Our practice can also help us to begin to release effort as we move towards the more restful autumn months.
The retreat afternoon for women will be a nurturing blend of gentle yoga and qigong, breathwork, meditation, yoga nidra, journalling and poetry. We will stop half-way through for a cup of tea and a snack and there will be time to share together.
This retreat afternoon is suitable for all, beginners and continuing practitioners. Movement practices can be adapted to make them accessible to every body.
Extra layers like a cosy jumper and socks can be nice for yoga nidra as the body cools down when still.
Cancellation Policy – a full refund will be given up to one month before the workshop date, a 50% refund up to one week before, with no refund thereafter.
