Join Andy of Painting Sounds at the lovely Botley Centre for a sumptuously soothing Saturday evening.
Perhaps you are feeling low on energy, having trouble sleeping, trying to manage stress or overwhelm, or finding it a struggle to relax. Maybe you just want to take time to nurture and nourish your nervous system.
Then these soundbaths are here for you.
In fact, regular soundbaths can help form part of a plan to improve/maintain your mental health.*
They have been shown to lower blood pressure, improve sleep, aid relaxation, manage pain and help process difficult emotions.
Once you arrive at a soundbath you will be invited to find a comfortable position to sit or lay to be immersed in the sounds and vibrations of a range of healing instruments - that's all there is to it.

(Suitable for ages 13+, but under 18s must be accompanied by an adult aged 18+ please)
(Not suitable for participants who are in the first trimester of pregnancy)

Please arrive 5-10 minutes before the event time to allow yourself time to get settled in. Doors will be locked promptly at the starting time and no admittance will be possible after the event has started, so as to not disturb the other participants.
Please bring your own mat or blanket to lay on if possible, or a camping chair if you prefer. Please also a blanket to keep you warm, along with a cushion or pillow for comfort, maybe even an eye covering (such as sleep mask or eye pillow).
Wear any comfortable, warm clothing and bring a filled water bottle with you.
Please take all belongings into the hall and find a place to make yourself comfortable.
Toilets are available for your use before or after the session.
