A gentle movement session where we'll allow stagnant energy in the body to release and flow then balance and restore. Bringing together my experience in teaching Yoga, Qigong, Meridians and Pranayama Breathwork. We'll start lying down to ground and check in and slowly move up to a gentle standing Yoga and Qigong flow. In the second half of the session we'll descend back down to the floor for more movement, a breathwork practice, Meridian energy point activation and long Yin Yoga stretches. Finishing the session with a guided relaxation for a deep rest.
Bring a mat, a cushion, a blanket and anything else to make you feel completely comfortable.
