Looking for a delightful way to stay active while spending quality time with your little one? Join our Parent & Baby Exercise Classes! Designed for mums, dads, and their bundles of joy, our sessions combine strength, core and cardio exercises to help build strength, energy and mental resilience which are things we all need when raising little ones.
Sessions will be held at the FitFun Active studios, where we have toilets and rooms that can be used for feeding. Then after session we will have an optional gathering at the local coffee shop opposite.
Spaces are limited, so if you are unable to attend please let us know. As a parent I know how unpredictable your nights and mornings can be so we will have a 3 hour cancellation policy to create fairness on both parties. If you have given birth recently please make sure to have your 6 week check before attending.
