The perfect 2 night stay over the May Bank Holiday Weekend, running from Friday 3pm - Sunday afternoon.
Our retreat will give you time to reset and revisit your intentions before the busy summer months.
We will offer a perfect mix of revitalising classes to fill you with energy and restorative sessions to calm the nervous system. Lauren will be teaching Strength and HIIT, whilst Imo will offer Pilates and stretch sessions. Our classes will be mingled with walks in the countryside, freshwater dips in the local weir, tennis and trips to the local Vineyard.
Our retreat host has their very own chef who will be providing all meals for the weekend, this will be included in the overall ticket price. These will be plant based, however with the option to provide meat for an extra cost if required.
Bookings made before the 1st January will receive a 10% discount. (Payment plans available)
