This workshop is definitely something different, but you’ll leave with some tips, tricks and tools to feel like the main character.

The workshop is being held at Pole & Plumes studio within Stanhope House Business Centre. Please do note that the building is step access so not suitable for wheelchairs.
Please wear comfortable clothing and footwear. This workshop is more discussion and information based rather than movement so is suitable for those who don't wish to exert too much energy.
