CACAO & DANCE at Traquair House Walled Garden.

We are back at Traquair House in July! 🎉

We had the most wild and free dance in June — caught in the rain, barefoot on the earth, dancing anyway, hearts wide open under the summer sky. There's nothing quite like surrendering to the elements together. In July, we're back for more outdoor magic — rain or shine! 🌿

Join us for another evening of ecstatic dance and ceremonial cacao within the beautiful walled garden at Traquair House, outside Innerleithen.

Here's what the evening holds:

🍫 Ceremonial cacao — a heart-opening ancient plant medicine to bring us into presence and connection.

💃 Ecstatic dance — wild, free, joyful movement to music that lights you up from the inside.

🎶 Sound bath to close — crystal bowls, birdsong, and the rustle of leaves to bring you gently home.

We'll be barefoot on the earth, moving freely, shedding the weight of the week, and celebrating together in one of Scotland's most beautiful and historic settings.
