Join us on May 14th for a transformative experience focusing on healing and rejuvenation through TRE (Tension & Trauma Releasing Exercises), Transformational Breathwork, and a soothing Sound Bath.
This event is designed to help you release accumulated stress, trauma, and tension in a safe, supportive environment.
𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘁𝗼 𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗰𝘁:
We start the session with TRE techniques to activate your body's natural tremoring response, facilitating deep relaxation and releasing tension stored in muscles.
This practice will be followed by coherent breathing practice and transformational breathwork, aiming to enhance self-awareness, accessing emotional release, and promoting a sense of peace and clarity.
We complete our time together with a soothing sound healing session where the healing vibrations of sound instruments will help balance your energy, promote relaxation, and deepen your meditative state, bringing a sense of serenity, calm and peace.
Whether you're new to these practices or looking to deepen your experience, this event is open to all.
Spaces are limited, so please reserve your spot today!
Together, let's embark on a journey of healing, growth, and connection. We look forward to seeing you there!
𝗠𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝗼𝗻 𝗧𝗲𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 & 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝘂𝗺𝗮 𝗥𝗲𝗹𝗲𝗮𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗘𝘅𝗲𝗿𝗰𝗶𝘀𝗲𝘀:
Tension & Trauma Releasing Exercises (or TRE®) is a simple yet innovative series of exercises that assist the body in releasing deep muscular patterns of stress, tension and trauma. Created by Dr. David Berceli, PhD, TRE safely activates a natural reflex mechanism of shaking or vibrating that releases muscular tension, calming down the nervous system. When this muscular shaking/vibrating mechanism is activated in a safe and controlled environment, the body is encouraged to return back to a state of balance.
𝗠𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝗼𝗻 𝗕𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗵𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸:
According to yogic teachings, everything that we’ve experienced in our lives is stored in the breath. Our breath can tell truths that we ourselves cannot see.
Breath is the storehouse of all memory and impressions. When you become very skilful at observing the quality of your breath truths about yourself that have been long hidden or forgotten will start to emerge. Breathwork allows us to tap into these stored impressions in our breath in order for them to fulfil their cycle of motion, to be experienced and finally released from our system.
It is not a mind game, it is only about feeling and expressing that feeling.
Breathwork encompasses a variety of breathing techniques designed to enhance physical, mental, and emotional well-being. One of the most significant benefits of breathwork is its ability to reduce stress and anxiety. By consciously regulating the breath, individuals can activate the body's relaxation response, leading to lowered heart rates and reduced levels of the stress hormone cortisol. Additionally, breathwork can improve focus and clarity, making it a valuable tool for those seeking to enhance their productivity or mental acuity. Breathwork can also promote emotional release, allowing individuals to process and let go of pent-up feelings, ultimately fostering a greater sense of peace and balance.
