If you struggle from the Winter blues and have begun to lose sight of all the good intentions you set at New Year and the recent New Moon.
Then join Chandra and Abi as they hold space for you with a blissful afternoon to Nurture your body and spirit through a Restorative Yoga practice, including Sound Healing and Meditation.
followed by journal prompts to revisit our intentions, and weave them into a creative making Ceremony exploring the art of Macrame.
to include light refreshments, card pulling and circle share.
you will leave, truly rested uplifted and reset
a Yoga mat if you have one and a bottle of water. (mats can be provided)
Herbal teas and a light snack will be provided.
