Join me in celebrating the increasing light and embrace the energy of the Spring Equinox. We will immerse ourselves in the healing power of sound, deep rest and relaxation using the tools of Yoga Nidra, Singing Bowls, Gongs and Chimes.
The sustained resonance of the gong blossoms into a ‘sound envelope’ around you, allowing you to enter a theta brainwave state and experience a deep sense of peace. The vibrations of the gong work at a cellular level to release stagnant energy and rebalance the physical, emotional, and spiritual bodies.
All mats, blankets and bolsters are provided so all you need to do is lay down, relax and allow the sound waves to move through you. No experience of yoga or mediation are needed.
[please note these sessions are not suitable for those in the first trimester of pregnancy or anyone with a pacemaker fitted due to the strong vibrations of the gong]
Please arrive 5-10 minutes early to get settled into the space as once the session begins I am unable to allow anyone else to enter the studio. All mats, blankets and bolsters are provided but please do bring anything else you feel you need to be comfortable laying down for the session.
There is free parking at Parliment Street carpark on a Sunday.
