A sharing of ideas, knowledge and practical approaches through conversations, guest speakers and short films, bringing together designers, organisations, change makers and specialists from the UK, the Caribbean, Africa and Latin America.
The programme explores how we can promote and support a more environmentally conscious approach to Carnival Arts and masquerade — sharing innovative ideas, celebrating existing initiatives and exploring new ways to make our costumes, materials, production and events more sustainable and greener.

Together, we will consider how creativity, culture and collaboration can help shape a more sustainable and greener future for Carnival and masquerade.
Caribbean light bites & refreshments included.
Doors open at 2:45pm and the event will start promptly at 3pm so please ensure you give yourself plenty of time to arrive and be seated.
Seating is tiered and unreserved.
There will be a short break during the event and Caribbean light bites and refreshments will be provided with your ticket.
The event will take place at RJC Dance Studio, Mandela Centre, Chapeltown Road, Leeds, LS7 3HY.
Free parking is available in the car park.
