Join us for an online Yoga Nidra session designed to guide you into deep relaxation and conscious rest. Often called yogic sleep, this practice helps release tension from both body and mind, supporting stress management, improving sleep, and restoring energy levels. It’s an opportunity to step away from the noise, reconnect with yourself, and give your nervous system the reset it deserves. Whether you're new to Yoga Nidra or a regular practitioner, this session offers a sanctuary for rest and renewal.
The Yoga Nidra session will last between 45-60 minutes.
CANCELLATION POLICY: My classes hold a limited number of spaces. For this reason, the purchase of a single class is non-refundable. If you have purchased a six class pass, you can cancel any time up to 2 hours before the class and the class will be returned to your pass. A class will not be returned to your class pass if you cancel with less than 2 hours notice.

We’ll start at on time. Please join the meeting a few minutes early so we're ready to start on time. If you’re running late, please let me know so I can expect you.
