Love to Dance is a dance class for over 50s. We aim to increase physical activity, reduce social isolation and improve the health and wellbeing of over 50’s in our local community. You will learn a variety of dance styles across the year.

Class schedule
10:30am - 10:40am - Arrival and registration
10:40am - 11:00am - Warm up
11:00am - 11.45am - Learn a dance routine
11:45am - 12:00pm - Break
12.00pm - 12.20pm - Learn a dance routine
12:20pm - 12:25pm - Cool down
12.25pm - 12:30pm - Departure
Instrukciók
You will need to wear:
- Comfortable/fitness clothing
- Trainers/dance footwear/comfortable footwear (no sandals/flipflops)
Parking: There is a car park on site and additional on street parking available.
