This class combines boxing, pilates, and cardio fitness to incredible playlists. This is a fun and feel-good fitness class which welcomes all fitness levels. You can choose the level that works for you, let loose, and enjoy moving to the music. 0.5kg weighted gloves are provided for the class, and mats are required.

Please wear appropriate fitness footwear and clothing. Please bring a filled water bottle, and a fitness mat if you have one. I provide 500g weighted gloves, but if you'd like to bring your own please do!
