An Aerial class for Levels 1-2 (Beginners-Improvers). We are currently working with static trapeze, silks, rope and hoop.

Please arrive promptly to class.
Please bring an exercise/pilates/yoga mat if you have one, for warm ups and cool downs (these can be purchased from School of Larks if needed for £20).
Please ensure you bring water to the class...circus can be thirsty work!
Please ensure you have eaten prior to class. We discourage snacking in the venues, as we have allergies to consider.
Be prepared to wash and/or sanitise your hands on arrival to the venue and on leaving.
Do wear clothes that are comfortable to move in, but nothing too flowy as it might get caught on equipment. Tracksuit bottoms or leggings and a t-shirt with a long sleeve top (as removable extra layers) are ideal. Leotards and unitards are also good. For aerial work you are required to have legs and torso covered. Some skirts/dresses can be very restrictive (shorts/leggings should be worn underneath). N.B. No crop tops as it's good to have some tummy protection during the aerial (static trapeze/silks/rope).
If you are suffering from verrucas please do wear socks until they are gone.
No jewellery or watches to be worn on the aerial equipment as it can get caught and damage yourself, the equipment or your jewellery.
No zips on leggings/joggers as it can damage the equipment.
Please ensure you are suitably clean to use the equipment.
Our youth classes are 'drop-off' sessions. If you have a special request to attend with your child please get in touch.
