For our next session at Youth Club we’re getting creative with a T‑shirt Design Session! Young people will have the chance to design their own wearable artwork using embroidery pens, stencils and fun applique badges.
It’s a relaxed, supportive session where they can explore colour, pattern and personal style, and take home a T‑shirt that’s completely their own.
Alongside will be the usual access to the soft play, sensory room, outside, games and social spaces.
Parents/ Carers are asked that you remain onsite throughout the time of the session but will be in a separate area to other parents to allow you time to meet other parents/ carers whilst your young person accesses activities in another part of the building. You may be called upon if your young person needs support.
Due to funding constraints, there is a requirement for all users to be registered with Midland Mencap for Short Breaks provision by Birmingham City Council, this data will be used for the purposes of our youth club sessions only and forms will need to be completed when attending your first session
We will advise you if you require any specific equipment to be brought with you for the purpose of the session
