Come and join this transformative retreat day journeying deeply with Sacred Sound.

Through sounding and experiencing the Sanskrit Bija Mantra, we will encounter the 'antahstha', the 'ones that stand in between'.

Here the mystery vibrating between spirit and matter, form and formlessness reveals itself to us. As we surrender to this experience, we realise we are both and neither- something indescribable and yet deeply familiar.

The day will include very gentle movement so that our system is receptive to sound and a delicious home cooked vegan organic hot lunch.

All are welcome including those with no prior experience of Sanskrit, yoga and the chakras.
