Expression Burlesque is a space to move, explore, and reconnect with yourself through dance.
This isn’t about getting it “right” it’s about self worth, confidence, and expression in your own unique way.
Across these sessions, you’ll:

Every move is adaptable, so you can suit it to your style, energy, and ability.

What to bring / know before you arrive:
Wear something you feel comfortable moving in (and a little fabulous if you like 💋)
Layers are great as you’ll warm up quickly
Bring water
You’re welcome to dance barefoot, in trainers or dance shoes.
There’s no pressure to perform just come ready to explore, move, and enjoy yourself. Everything is guided, and you’ll always be offered variations to suit your comfort and ability.
