Join me for a nurturing and soothing specially extended restorative yoga class this December. We'll journey into deep rest together, so you can replenish and restore your equilibrium before you venture into the festive season.
This three hour session will leave you feeling profoundly relaxed and more 'joined up' finding space within us to just be.
All equipment provided. No experience necessary and everyone welcome - however you should be someone who is happy on the floor.
All equipment is provided. Please wear layers and bring socks.
Please arrive a couple of minutes before the class to get settled.
We are a shoe free studio and would greatly appreciate your cooperation with this and with helping keep the studio free of any mobile or smart watch notifications.
