The sweet spot between a dynamic and a slow flow. Where fluid movements (one breath, one movement in the tradition of vinyasa yoga) and time to hold to explore asanas, and listen and observe the breath meet (still flow, but a little slower!)
This session all equals up to a calm mind, and an energised and happy body before you get on with your day.
As this class is a flow style it is best suited to those with a bit of yoga experience or more confident beginners.
All equipment provided. You are welcome to bring your own mat if you prefer.
Please arrive a couple of minutes before the class to get settled.
We are a shoe free studio and would greatly appreciate your cooperation with this and with helping keep the studio free of any mobile or smart watch notifications.
Parking is on-street in a mainly residential area. Please park considerately of the restricted school zone and local residents.
