Welcome to our Early Summer 7-week term of Singing Mamas Amsterdam.
Our circle is a warm, supportive space where women of all ages and stages can gather to breathe, sing, and find a sense of community. Singing Mamas is all about improving our wellbeing—not through perfection, but through the simple joy of group singing.
❤️A Place for Every Woman
Our group is open to all women. Whether you are a mama, a grandmother, a student, or a retiree, you have a place here. You are welcome to come with or without little ones in tow. We believe in "all voices welcome"—we sing by ear with plenty of repetition, so there’s never any sheet music, no lyrics to memorize, and absolutely no pressure to perform. This is a safe space to show up exactly as you are.
❤️What to Expect
Our sessions are 90 minutes of "me-time". We spend the first hour singing and the final 30 minutes connecting over tea, coffee and cookies/cake (all included).
The atmosphere is very relaxed and baby-led—there is no such thing as being late here! Please feel free to change diapers, feed, or wander around as you and your little one need. While we sing beautiful, soul-nourishing songs for the adults rather than nursery rhymes, the children love the music and often find their own way to join in.

Children: Pre-schoolers and siblings are so welcome to join us at no extra cost. You only need to book a spot for yourself.
❤️Taster Sessions: If you’re curious to see what it’s like, you are so welcome to book a one-time taster ticket to experience the magic of the circle before committing to a term.
❤️Tickets: To keep our community group sustainable, we don’t offer refunds for missed sessions. However, you are always welcome to gift your spot to a friend if you can't make it!

Arrival is from 09:50 and the singing starts at 10:00
It is advisable to bring a water bottle to keep hydrated.
You can leave your stroller in the hallway to the left of the main entrance (make sure not to block the toilets). Make you way to the room at the back of the buurtkamer.
There will be some toys in the middle for your child, and feel free to bring your own. Tea and cakes are provided, you may wish to bring your own snacks for your little one though.

Early Bird: Full 7-week Early Summer Term (only €12 per session)
Join our Singing Mamas community for the full Early Summer Term for the early bird price! Booking the 7-week (May-Jun) block is the best way to guarantee your place in the circle and allows you and your baby to truly relax into the music and the company of other local mamas. You’ll enjoy a much lower rate per session by committing to the full term rather than dropping in. Just make sure to book by March 17th to take advantage of the early bird pricing before it expires. Includes entry for you and your child (if they are joining/if applicable). We will have 1 hour of singing and 30min of tea, coffee, and cookies.

Join our Singing Mamas community for the full 7-week early summer journey (May-Jun). Booking the term is the best way to ensure you have a place saved for you every week and helps us build a real sense of village in the neighborhood. You’ll find that the weekly rhythm makes the songs feel like second nature and gives you a much-needed anchor in your schedule. Choosing the term pass also means you enjoy a significant saving compared to booking sessions one by one. Includes entry for you and your child (if they are joining/if applicable). We will have 1 hour of singing and 30min of tea, coffee, and cookies.

A Morning in the Circle (Drop-in for €18)
Can't commit to the full 7-week rhythm just yet? No problem. Grab a drop-in ticket for a morning of song, soul-nourishment, and community. Space is limited to keep things cozy, so be sure to book your spot ahead of time! Includes entry for you and your child (if they are joining/if applicable). We will have 1 hour of singing and 30min of tea, coffee, and cookies.

Taster Session: Come and See (for only €8)
