Dance deep together in community at the wonderful Zed Shed
An evening of grounded movement, ecstatic dance, shared presence and soulful connection. A space to drop out of the mind and into the body, to soften, to listen, to move in rhythm with your own inner tide.
We’ll open with ceremonial cacao, connecting heart to earth, breath to body, intention to movement. From there, the dance unfolds deep, instinctive, primal, gentle, wild, still, whatever wants to move through you.
This is a space for real bodies, real feeling, real connection.
Just breath, movement, rhythm
Wear clothes comfortable for dancing and bare feet or soft indoor shoes
The cacao ceremony is optional and there will be herbal tea for those who do not wish to drink the cacao.

The Zed Shed is upstairs in the Jubilee Wharf courtyard, above the Muddy Beach Restaurant.
There is free street parking on commercial road and a public car park next door, on the other side of the traffic lights - see ticket machine for charges
