It may be time to change your outcome approach! 245D requires that people receiving services have outcomes related to acquiring, retaining, or improving skills and physical, mental, and emotional health and well-being. In this course, you will discover how to write outcomes that are person-centered and help people improve quality of life. Learn how to explore meaningful outcomes with the people you support and develop action steps to help them reach their goals, all while complying with 245D.
CEU Contact Hours: 1.2 for Nurses, 1 for Social Workers
