🎃The yoga practice with be gentle, but warming & please bring a blanket for Savasana. Autumn is nature's way of showing us how beautiful it is to let things go.

🎃Groups of 3 or more, offer a discounted price & please let me know if you can offer a lift to those who don't drive.
