Please bring your own yoga mat, water and any props you might want to be comfortable.
It's best to wear layered clothing you can move in. We get hot during the practice and dancing but cool down during the sound bath.
Perhaps bring a blanket and anything you'd like to feel warm and cosy during the sound healing.
