Based on the teachings of beloved yoga master and Ayesha's main teacher Sri Dharma Mittra, these classes provide students with the opportunity to engage with a number of different yoga practices including asana (postures), mantra (sound), pranayama (breathing techniques), kriyas (purification techniques) and meditation.
The challenging yet playful physical practice includes balances, twists, stretches, back bends and inversions. You do not need able to achieve all of the postures, just come with a willingness to try new things and be inspired! Recommended for those with a minimum of 3-6 months experience of yoga asana (postures).
Minimális szint: All levels
We are a small community-based studio so we don't have a receptionist and our teachers lock the front door at the start of class to make sure all belongings brought to the studio are kept safe, and out of respect to other students in the class. Latecomers unfortunately can't be admitted.
Please do not come to class if you are unwell, or if you have tested positive for COVID in the past five days. Please note mats are not provided.

London Yard is just off Parson's Street opposite the Old Auctioneer.
When you walk into London Yard turn right and follow the building all the way to the end. We are on the right after the double garages. We have a brown door with our sign on it. Please do not disturb our neighbors and ring their doorbells.
There is no parking on site, but parking is available close-by at the top of Parson's street, or behind the Auctioneer in the old multistory carpark - opposite Majestic wines and is free after 7pm.
