The ‘In-Between' Pause – Welcoming the Returning Light - Saturday 31st January

Although the days still feel dark - they hold a quiet kind of magic. We are still in a natural pause between what has been and what is beginning to stir. This is a liminal space – an in-between time where we are asked to wait a while longer.

This afternoon falls on the eve of Imbolc - the festival of healing, craft, inspiration and returning light. Celebrating the halfway point between the Winter and Spring solstices.

I am inviting you to share this space. A time to reconnect with an inner light, and honour the new beginnings that are stirring. This is the silence and the pause before the return. The breath before action.

• Create space and light for what wants to emerge

Gentle intuitively led movement & grounding breathwork
Creative exploration using literature around liminal space (in silence) - bring paper and pens/pencils for writing or drawing
Meditation & Sound
Tea, Snacks & Sharing

This will be a small gathering, in a beautiful peaceful setting. The Cabin is nestled on the edge of Oakley Woods - an ancient and historic woodland within the Chilterns AONB
