All booking are non-refundable! Tickets may be transferred to an alternate date with a minimum of 24 hours notice. Our play café is located on the first floor with stair-access only (pushchairs must be stored downstairs upon arrival). Please also note that we unfortunately do not have space for any baby car seats in our play areas or café. Sleeping babies need to either be carried, or brought upstairs in a sling/baby carrier please.
