During your 30-minute session, Rachel will guide you into a deeply relaxed state while intuitively placing crystals on or around your body — each chosen to support your energy and how you’re feeling.

• Experience deep rest and relaxation
Every session is unique. You may drift into a peaceful sleep, feel a sense of calm, or simply enjoy a quiet moment to yourself.

Please arrive at RFL House around 10 minutes before your scheduled session.
Take a seat in the waiting area and complete your health questionnaire.
Rachel will then come down to welcome you and escort you up to the treatment room.
