Parent and baby yoga is great class for both mum and baby. The class is split into 2 - we first work on Mummy have a little stretch, core work etc and then its baby time. We give babies a little stretch, talk about common issues and how to help with different movements and have the occasional song. Its a great bonding time for you and your baby. The class is designed for complete beginners.
Please bring a blanket for baby to lie on.

Term booking for parent and baby The Nest
This ticket is for the term (or the number of weeks left on the term). Please note that if you are unable to attend for any reason, you are welcome to give your space to a friend for that day but I do not give refunds. If I have to cancel for a week, you will receive a refund for that week.
