Who is Guillaume Wiatr?

Guillaume Wiatr is the founder of MetaHelm, a consulting firm that helps founders and CEOs turn new, complex ideas into successful companies. He works with solopreneurs, early-stage founders, and enterprise leaders alike. His mission: to give life to dreams.

Guillaume created Strategic Narrative®, a methodology built on a premise he calls "Start With WHAT." The idea is simple: action creates clarity. Meaning follows motion.

Over 33 years, he has founded four ventures and coached leaders at organizations like Alaska Airlines, the Gates Foundation, Google, Microsoft, and L'Oréal. Clients call him "the business therapist."
